I'm not sure what release this skirt belongs to, and believe me, I've looked... it might've originally been part of a lucky pack or set. Anyway, I purchased it on Closetchild and envisioned it as a component in an old-school style coordinate, but never followed through. Reference photos from Closetchild are also included.

The garment has no flaws that I can see. The skirt is voluminous and can easily fit your largest petticoats. Waistband is fully shirred with generous stretch, which fits similar to other fully shirred skirts from Meta.
