Meta Sailor dress from 2005. It's really cute but not the most flattering on me so I decided to sell. Hope to find a good home for it.

What are the measurements? Is it a piece with shirring? How much does shipping to Ireland cost? Thank you!

http://lolibrary.org/apparel/sailor-op-’05-standard-short-sleeve The lolibrary link has the measurements and I would say they are accurate. There is no shirring but it does have corset lacing in the back. Shipping from the US to another country with tracking is usually $30 from my post office.
