warm white (not ivory) with navy blue, detachable front bow
adorable anchor buttons, subtle navy striping on the detachable bow with glittery gold contrast stitching on the white stripe part, cute button detail near the waist
I measured the shirring stretch at about 4” max

Could not find any stains
Very good condition

bought it off of closetchild secondhand and have only tried it on and never worn it out
