This is the pinnefore jsk version from 2012.
I got it with the intention of modifying to fit me, as I love the print, but then it was released in another cut in my size so I'm selling this one.
Does not include the cape. Does include the belt.
Material is a thick woven/textured cotton that is the same as the recent release. There is partial shirring and corset lacing on the back. 
Lolibrary only lists the min measurements, but it will go higher with the shirring. I will update with measurements soon or upon request. 
Measurements I took are max bust of 102cm, max waist of 81cm and the belt's max waist is 76cm.
There is a small freying of the material where the strap button is, I reatached the button more securely, so it's not noticeable. It is not visible when worn, as it is underneath, and will not get worse, since I sewed the button all the way through both layers of fabric, instead of the top layer, which is how this tore.
I ship with priority flat rate, as it is safer and has some insurance.
