Meta Round Headdress White
Gorgeous old school headdress from Meta. Features two layers of
lace, topped with three roses and a large bow. Has a small hair comb to
help hold it in place and chin ties.
Edges of lace is a tiny bit frayed. There are a few light spots of dirt, I have tried my best to photograph them.

True white or owh? Looks owh in pictures, I'm desperately seeking a bright white hair accessory to match a certain dress

It is not off-white or ivory, there is no yellow tone. To me, it goes fine with white blouses from Innocent World and Aatp if that helps you sort out its white-ness.
