Meta Rose Stripe Shirring Pinafore JSK in green with Matching Hair combs

Full shirring, bust goes up to 46" max. Got secondhand.

Comes with 3 detachable bows, detachable waist ties, and matching hair comb set (excellent condition)

I found that there was a safety pin at the waist and there are small holes from it, see photo. It's possible the fabric could be coaxed. The dress is a little wrinkled from storage.
