Raschel Lace Blouse

🎀 Flower raschel lace (softer than others from around that timeframe).
🎀 Big peter pan collar with a pattern of crossing laces.
🎀 Shirring and ribbons on the sleeves.
🎀 Buttons on the sleeve cuffs.
🎀 Lace bustle part on the back.
🎀 Small non-detachable waistbands.

Year: I couldn't find it on Lolibrary, but judging by the design and tag, it could be from around 1999 - 2001. I added the two entries that have similar features down below.

Material: cotton, raschel lace
Condition: Used, with the faintest yellowing on a backside lace part of the collar. But it's so light that I couldn't catch it properly on camera ; it's not visible in most lights. Otherwise it's in a great condition.
