Super-comfy cotton skirt from Meta, released back in 2004. Has a built-in petticoat and underskirt, partial shirring & waistties.
Lolibrary's measurements on this aren't accurate, the waistband is stretchy and can easily accommodate a 74 cm waist or more.

There is a tiny, tiny area with permanent white paint spots on the fabric, probably a remainder of nail polish. The skirt came to me like that, and the spots are completely unnoticeable if the fabric is not examined very closely. Since they are so faint, they are basically impossible to catch with my camera, sorry!
