Older meta mini skirt in black x gold. Only worn about twice and washed. It is very strechy, and can go up to 90 comfortably, but I wouldn't recommend pushing it otherwise it loses its bell shape (it goes up to 100 fully stretched). It is about 45cm in length.

Yes this one was released in a lucky pack. I forgot which year, but it was in one of those yearly lucky packs they do with a skirt + accessories for like $100-150
