This is an absolutely beautiful piece. Selling cause I want to purchase my dream dress!

No rips, stains, tears or pilling. The only thing missing is the waist ties. If I find them, then I will include with shipment. 

Measurements on lolibrary are accurate. The JSK was comfy at Bust: 130cm/50"  & Waist 114cm/45".

I also have the blouse I wore with it! The blouse is by Lady Sloth and it's the size L, which goes up to 135 or 140 cm. Can sell separately or as a set!
