The ribbon has drastically yellowed and yellow staining throughout skirt

The skirt is from 2010 or 2011 lucky pack. The original print is "Fairy playing cards". I bought this skirt used at least 8 years ago with staining and while some of it came out, there are still spots big and small that are a light yellow color.  Please view photos carefully, but there is a chance i have missed some spots or stains as some are only first noticeable when looking on the inside first. I do not remember if the previous owner disclosed what the staining is but it seemed like she spilled a drink into her lap.

Waist is elastic and can go up to about 102cm. It starts at about 52cm*, this can be incorrect as its quite hard to measure. Its about 47cm in length. 

Here are most notable staining. There may be other spots i have failed to notice and or mention. It is hard to tell which is the back and front as the mini ribbons are at each side seam. the tag is also sewn into the side seam.
featured side would likely be recommended front. There is a spot near the J, and from the back side it seems like a bit more yellowing going into the yellow. On the back there is a stain below the 2 on the left side. And general yellowing in the middle. 


I do own a cat and have recently washed this skirt on delicate and then left it out to dry. I can lint roll it as best as possible, but with all the pleating it may be hard to get all traces of hair. I also photographed the skirt laid flat, which is a surface my cat likely has laid on. Please keep this in mind if you are allergic to cats.
