meta jewel butterfly skirt

I purchased this from wunderwelt and only tried it on. It is in excellent condition. It is missing the detachable bow but has the waist ties. It has a built in petticoat and partial shirring but is smaller than I thought. The print has gold thread in which makes it so very glittery without the stress of glitter washing off.
