New with tags! These bloomers feature a fully shirred waist as well as fully shirred leg openings, and a nice floral lace trim. These would be great for all sorts of lolita coords, especially because of its basic white color! I'm not sure what the release year for these was, but I got them quite awhile ago so I'm thinking they are pre-2015.
