Bust 15 inches
Waist 12.5 inches (but can shirring stretches to a little more than 15 inches)
The fabric does stretch a little. The sleeves were too tight so I snipped the elastic inside. The elastic is still attached inside the sleeve so you could resew it if you wanted. No cuts appear on the outside, just very small holes on the inside of the sleeves. It has some sweat stains under the arms. I recommend wearing it under a jsk since the fabric color is so light.
