It can stretch to a maximum of 100 cm bust and 84 cm waist - but obviously looks much better at measurements smaller than that. There are two tiny stains near the bottom, please look at pictures and take note. Will ship in the US for $5 USD vis USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. how does the sleeves look when worn? It looks like it cuts off right at the shoulders or is there a little bit of length on the sleeve part enough to look kinda t-shirty? Sorry I'm not very good at wording things lol ; u ;

It's kind of like a cap sleeve. It goes a little past the shoulders, but not by much.
