Tried on, never worn out. It didn’t fit me as well as I’d have liked (despite the Lolibrary max measurement, I’d say you wouldn’t want a waist much more than 90 cm to be comfortable), and I’ve discovered that I’m honestly not much of a skirt person. It’s a really cute skirt and in great condition. Waist is fully shirred. I believe it was sold as NWOT when I purchased it. Comes with the headbow.
