Bought new. Tried on once. No flaws aside from wrinkles.
This is from a lucky pack I think, couldn't find the Lolibrary link of this particular cut but it's similar to a high waist cut. Comes with two matching barrettes. 
The fabric is a nice cotton and the print is super cute. The shirring is very generous. Would be awesome to wear to a hot air balloon festival :D
