Great for casual looks and hot days!

I bought this at the Meta shop in Osaka in 2008! The waist is elasticized in the back but flat in the front with an invisible side zip. Well worn and well loved! The fashion fabric is lightweight polyester with a lightweight lining. This is a great HOT DAY casual outfit. The lace border on the bottom is attached with buttons and is removable. Skirt comes with ties for bow ( not pictured) which are removable and attach at the waist band with buttons. 
This is a one size skirt with no size given on the tags. I have a 28 inch natural waist measurement and I find the skirt to be very comfortable due to the elastic. 
The elastic still has a lot of "give" (not stretched out) but this skirt has been machine laundred many times. The main signs of wear are on the front pleats as they have fallen out a bit and are less perky than when I  bought it.
