Old school Meta OP featuring lightweight cotton and grandma couch vibes :D The two-layered collar is detachable (can be tied around the neck). 
Even though it already has a belt around the waist, it also comes with a separate long single waist tie that you can tie a big bow around the waist with. In the stock photo that bow around the waist is tied with that waist tie.
