Old school Metamorphose ribbon skirt sz

Old school Metamorphose ribbon skirt with waist ties and elastic waist band in back and flat front. Knit lace and ribbon run down the front left & right and also runs horizontally across to the back. This skirt has an attached petticoat. There is some fading... I'm assuming since I bought it used some years ago but only wore it once. I'm cannot find any info on this skirt so the measurements below were taken by me since I cannot find sizing info on the skirt itself.

An 11 inch waist seems awfully small! Do you mean 22 inches all the way around?

Hi there! I'm so sorry, I thought I replied to this a long time ago... Yes, 11" across is also 22" all the way around while laying flat. When stretched, it's about 22" across or 44" all the way around max. I hope this makes sense. Thanks!
