Black meta luckypack blouse, like new.

This blouse was bought New with tags by me. It’s a very comfortable blouse with a touch of shirring in the back. Ruffled detail at the hem to wear over elastic waist band skirts. Worn once for a small moment and stored in a closet since since I don’t like short sleeved blouses. Good starter blouse.

whats the shoulder width?

16 inches give or take because of some elastic in the back. I have broad shoulders and it fits well but might be a little tight if you have broad shoulders and meaty upper arms.
