Meta polka dot oldschool OP with missing details: detachable collar and belt. Otherwise in good condition. I could only find a fabric defect - a slightly raised thread, but that seems to be a production fault and not a damage from wearing.

Lots of delicate details, pintucks, flounces, lace. This dress had fully shirred bust and elastic waist, it is longer than usual and will look good on taller people. However, I would not recommend it to anyone with large upper arms, the cuffs are not elastic.

Measurements in lolibrary seem to be accurate, although this dress does not have a lining or a built-in petticoat as it states.
