Bought firsthand off of the BTSSB store in Shinjuku.
Made of light, crepe-like material on the outside, includes another nylon layer for extra fluff.
Worn only a handful of times.
I live with one cat, he is hypoallergenic and doesn't shed much. He does not come with the skirt, but I wanted to mention it ; P
