Angelic Pretty Merry Making Party jsk, yellow. I bought it from someone here on Lacemarket this year but have never worn it myself. It is adorable, half shirred and has soft tulle trim.
It is currently a little wrinkled, but not faded or stained. The only damage, which the seller did NOT mention, is the pilliing on the sides of the bodice. Because of this I've knocked a good chunk off the price.
It's really not noticeable when worn, but this would best suit a Lolita who wears her clothes out often, or otherwise isn't looking for something impeccable. It has a used feel although it still has lots of life.
My best estimate for bust is max of 37", maybe 38". Loli bray only gives min measurements, please see link below.
