Mermaid's Song JSK by Souffle Song/Neverland in size Large and black colourway.

I bought the dress 2nd hand myself and wore it once. The seller I bought it from ordered it directly via Soufflesong but in a Lucky Pack sale, I guess that's why the cut and lace is different to the ones sold.

It is in flawless condition, the bow on the front is detachable and has a clip so it can be used as a hairbow or dress decoration.
