I'm selling this because it won't zip up past my chest. The overall condition of the dress is very good, but the peplum's velvet waist ties have been rubbed off (this was noted from previous owner). BUT! It's not really that noticeable. This dress does have waist ties (and for some reason I just now noticed the little white dot ._. I don't know what it is because they've been in kept away).
