plus size friendly

Finally deciding to part with this dress since it has been in my closet for 2 years and only was tried on when I first got it. It's such a beautiful print but I just don't see myself doing anything but staring at it. I believe I am the 2nd owner. Has full back shirring and the waist ties.  It is a nice dark and rich navy, rather than a saturated blue from the stock photos.
