Failure to read and adhere to my TOS will result in the listing being relisted and you losing the item(s). Payment: Payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. Meaning if the invoice is sent at 12:00 pm, you have until 12:00 pm the following day to pay. Failure to pay within 24 hours* of the invoice being sent will result in forfeiture of the item and the listing will be relisted. If the item was bid on, and the winner doesn't pay within the 24 hour window*, the 2nd highest bidder will be contacted first. If the 2nd person no longer wants it, or cannot pay, the 3rd highest bidder will be contacted, and so on. *Exceptions are made if the buyer messages me prior to bidding/buying the listing and ONLY if they message. Holds: If you are interested in an item, but need a few days to pay, PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE BIDDING OR BUYING. I will ONLY HOLD for 24 hours unless we discuss arrangements. Please see the payment section above. Payment plans: I can accept payment plans, however, please note all payments become non-refundable. Meaning if you pay half and decide you no longer want the item(s) the half you paid cannot be returned to you. Please keep this in mind when asking for a payment plan. Shipping: Shipping is NOT included in the auction/buy it now price unless stated. Please scroll down to the bottom of the listing to see what shipping will cost. Shipping prices are out of my control. I do NOT ship out of the USA at this time. Lost/damaged items in transit: I am NOT responsible for the loss or damage of items during the shipping process. Once the item(s) are in the hands of the shipping company, IT IS OUT OF MY CONTROL. I do my utmost to pack every item in a way that will protect the item(s) if the outside package were to be ripped, torn, dented, damaged, get wet, etc. but even the most diligent packing job might not be enough. ALL of my packages are sent with tracking and insurance however, so if something happens I ask you message me asap. Refunds/returns: I do not do refunds or returns. Items are sold AS IS and are thoroughly inspected prior to listing. I be sure to identify any flaws, smells, rips, tears, etc. and include photos in the listing. I strive to be as clear and thorough in my listings as possible so there are NO surprises. Allergies: I live with my parents who (unfortunately) are smokers. I list this in EVERY SINGLE LISTING. While I keep my room closed, and my window is usually open or cracked, as well as an air purifier in my room, I know how smoke is and I know it attaches to everything. Additionally, I have 2 small dogs. They do not come in contact with my lolita items usually, and all my items are in protective bags, but like cat hair, dog hair does attach to things so please be aware.
