Hello! I am the second owner of this dress, worn once by me.  This was modified by the original owner, the matching hair tie was used to lengthen the shoulder straps. I believe also that the buttons for the shoulder straps were changed. Because of this modification this dress is great for taller lolitas and for larger bust size.  Aside from the modification I see no damage or snags on the dress.  I can ship to USA and Canada.
