Melody Note Bustle JSK - Metamorphose Temps de Fille
I bought this dress second-hand but haven't had a chance to wear it, I've only ever tried it on. There is no noticeable damage I can detect. The dress is a unique cut and may be different than what you are expecting. It comes in two pieces. The JSK portion has a cut out panel in the back to let the underskirt show through. The underskirt is the second piece and includes ruffles in the back. The front portion of the underskirt is a panel of cotton with some ruffle only on the bottom.
Measurements:
Bust - 88 cm (34.6 in)
Waist - 72 cm (28.3 in)
While the dress does have partial back shirring, it is not too forgiving so I would say it does not have much give beyond the listed measurements.
Length - 90 cm (35.4 in)

Hi dear ! I looked into it and unfortunately shipping to the UK is very costly with tracking x_ x It would be $50 USD. Also I'm not sure if I can even ship to the UK due to the VAT regulations?

What do you mean by VAT regulations? I've never had another seller mention this?

Sorry for any confusion! I'll explain the best I can, please keep in mind this is from my perspective also as a small business owner who ships items out regularly.
A few years ago there were changes in how small business had to remit VAT. It is now required that the seller remit any VAT fees to the UK government instead of the buyer. Its all extremely confusing so a lot of small businesses stopped shipping to the UK altogether. With one exception, was that if you sell on Etsy. The Etsy platform will handle and remit these taxes on your behalf. So, many businesses only sell to the UK out of Etsy now. (myself included).
I'm unsure if any of the above applies to private sellers though. Which is why I mentioned I'm unsure if I could ship to the UK or not.
