I actually dont know for sure the official name for this item, but I *think* its the linked one. Bought from Harajuku Hearts ages ago, never worn.

This is more of an underskirt than a petticoat, and only really has one layer. Can be used to cover a white petticoat for a gothic coord, add a layer of lace to the hem, or for open front overdresses, but do not expect any poof.
