I commissioned the lovely designer of MLT to make this JSK for me 3.5 yrs ago. It has velvet waist ties, partial shirring, adjustable straps, pintucks&ruffles galore, built-in petti layer, and a button down (actually snaps!) front for an underskirt feature.
