I am willing to do layaways for up to 4 months (depending on item price and amount of payments), however with layaways, payments will not be refunded if you decide to drop the layaway. That is an excellent question! I would say the short answer is yes. While I did measure myself at 82cm waist and therefore ordered it for this size, it turns out I most likely mis-measured myself. I bought a dress with a AP dress w/ a 79 cm waist a few months after, thinking I'd have it altered to fit. When I received the dress it fit me with more than enough room in the waist, and I tried this Pettiecoat on underneath that dress, and it also fit fine. So I'd say it does fit smaller waist than 82cm, although I am unsure what the smallest it would fit would be. I'd say if your somewhere around 79cm this will definitely fit you.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I forgot to ask if you could fasten it smaller with the ties if there are any? Is 79 the smallest measurement? Thanks again!
