The Rose Petticoat is described as between an A-Line and Cupcake silhouette. Would you say that this is not the case and that it's pretty much just a cupcake silhouette?

I would say that is more or less correct, but it definitely leans towards cupcake (and especially so with the additional layers on the shorter 40cm model).
