This petticoat is pretty damn poofy in my opinion! While its made to have a 60cm waist, it fit comfortably on my 27 inch waist. The elastic stretches well but has kept its shape well and I do not believe it's stretched much at all. The length fits nicely under Angelic Pretty dresses in my experience! I am 5'6 but not really sure if that affects that...
I especially recommend this petticoat listing to those in the EU, as when I bought it I basically paid what I'm selling it for in customs, nevermind the cost of the petti itself ^^; I'll happily sell elsewhere too of course.
