Here is a black voile petticoat by the Brazilian indie brand MeLikesTea. The information:

It is between a cupcake and an A-line shape, but probably closer to cupcake because of the layers. I ordered it directly from MeLikesTea, and have tried it on, but have not worn it outside. And man, does it have *poof*.
