Discontinued petticoat from MeLikesTea using the hard tulle material. I don’t remember what model this was but I think it was the Cotton Candy in hard tulle. I’ve had this pettie since 2016 and overtime it has deflated to a more casual shape after 4 years. Great essential piece for newbies entering the fashion that want to try a more modest shaped petticoat that gives a modest size volume.

The elastic has deteriorated and needs replacing (see 2nd pic). If you have some sewing knowledge it’s easy to reinstall new elastic as the maker of this petticoat leaves open channels for it as indicated in the photos here. See lolibrary link for length details.
