This is quite big on me, its a OS item. Super plus sized friendly. Can fit from a 42" bust to probably 55" (Probably much more!!!) I paid a good $200 or so to get it here, but never wore it because it was too big and long on me (Below knee and i'm 5'0). 100% New :)
