* In general, my prices are not negotiable. However, I may consider offers if you notice that the item has been up for sale for a long time (1 month or more). Buyers willing to pay the listed price take priority (= the item is not reserved for you during price negotiation). PLEASE DO ALL PRICE NEGOTIATION BEFORE BIDDING ON THE LISTING. Price is no longer negotiable once a bid is placed.
* From non-smoking home with 1 cat. My cat is not allowed into the room where my items are kept and I do not handle her while wearing lolita so she does not come in direct contact with my items. I personally have a mild cat allergy so I am strict about this for my own comfort. However, I cannot guarantee items will be 100% cat free. If you are very allergic to cats, please consider your purchase carefully.
* I may refuse sale of any of my items to anyone for any reason. Reasons I would refuse are primarily to avoid taking on an uncomfortable level of risk. Examples: a potential buyer has certain kinds of negative feedback, or has no feedback and buys a high value item. If you have no feedback or negative feedback and the above reasons apply to your situation, please send me a private message before bidding to show you have read these terms of sale.
If I suspect you are buying my item to immediately resell it for a higher price, I will not sell to you.
If you have 5 or more negative feedbacks of any kind, I will not sell to you.
* I am not responsible if an item you buy from me does not fit you. It is a risk we all take buying things online. I do my very best to indicate accurate measurements and describe fit to the best of my ability when possible.
* Because I am a private individual seller (not a store), all sales are final. Once invoice is paid, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.
* International buyers will be invoiced in USD, and are responsible for any additional customs fees they might be charged by their country as a result of the purchase.
* YOUR BID IS A COMMITMENT TO BUY THE ITEM. Winning bidders have 48 hours (2 days) to pay the invoice once it is sent. If bidder fails to pay within that time, and does not contact me within that time in the event of an emergency to make other arrangements, or backs out of the sale, they will be left negative feedback and item(s) will be relisted for sale.
* Free USA shipping = the least expensive method USPS offers with tracking and no added insurance (First Class has no insurance; Priority Mail includes $50 insurance by default). In general, packages weighing 1 lb or less will be sent by First Class and packages over 1 lb will be sent by Priority Mail. Let me know before or immediately after you bid if you would like faster shipping and/or additional insurance and you will be invoiced accordingly. If you do not ask for faster shipping or additional insurance, you understand and accept responsibility for any risks associated with not purchasing them. If the price difference between the cheapest shipping method and the next fastest method is $0.50 or less, I will use the faster method at no additional cost to the bidder.
* I ship with tracking within the USA. I will only offer untracked international shipping depending on the item's value, if you have good feedback, and you understand that if the item gets lost you will not receive a refund.
* I will only ship items to address on buyer's Paypal account. If buyer wishes to have item sent to a different address from the one on their account and payment has already been made, I will refund payment and have buyer pay again after correcting the address. Paypal takes 3-5 days to issue a refund, which really slows down the transaction, so please double check your address before paying! It is your responsibility to make sure you have the correct shipping address on your account. If the item comes back to me as undeliverable/refused after the initial attempt to ship, buyer will be responsible for the full cost of additional shipping attempts.
* I will do my best to ship no more than 4 days after receiving payment. If it will take longer than that, you will be notified ASAP.
* If you need an item in hand by a specific date, tell me as soon as you know when you need to have it, and I will determine whether it is possible to accommodate your schedule. If it's really important that you have it by a certain date, do not bid until you know for sure that I can send it in time -- finding out after bidding that it will not arrive in time is not a valid excuse to back out of a sale! I am not responsible for unforeseen delays or variables beyond my control that may affect whether it arrives in time (weather, pandemic, etc.)
* I am not responsible for items lost in the mail, stolen, or damaged during shipping. I will pack items as best I can to avoid damage (proper size packaging and sufficient taping to avoid breaking open in transit, multiple layers of wrapping, bubble wrap or rigid packaging for flat/fragile items, etc).
* I generally only leave feedback as a seller after the buyer confirms that they received the item I sold to them (so I know there are either no problems with the sale, or have a chance to fix any issues). If I sold you something and have not given you feedback, this is why.
