Diner print (screen print?) skirt from Maxicimam

cute diner print with cakes, milkshakes and candy and polka dot hem! Selling because it's a little too big for me (and I haven't had time to replace the elastic!)
originally purchased from Wunderwelt and worn once - has a black mark on the hem of the skirt. I've washed it, and will make another attempt at removing the stain, but I think it's possibly ink (it was there when I purchased it) and so I haven't had much luck! It's not super visible when worn) also the waistband elastic is not in great condition, but probably a more skilled seamstress than me could replace it?
I can't find any details about it on lolibrary!
(please note that the lighting in my room is terrible, and the colour is much closer to the last photo. the main pink of the skirt is a little faded/greyish. Added 2 new photos - the first 2 photos are more accurate to the real colour of the skirt!)
