Massive Organza Bell-Shaped Petticoat in Black
Gorgeous organza bell-shaped petticoat in the black colourway. This petticoat was handmade in 2013 by a community member who used to work at Summer Tales Boutique. It has five layers, so it is a massive petticoat! Even though I have worn this petticoat a lot over the past few years it is still very poofy. Since it has a lot of layers another petticoat isn't needed to create the perfect amount of poof! Of course, the petticoat has been washed :)
