Can I ask what the circumference of the cuffs on the short part of the sleeves is? I heard once that the sleeves on this were pretty small, but I know AatP isn't always consistent with sizing, so I'm not sure if it was a fluke or not...

It is on the small side, the sleeve circumference is approximately at 28cm
