Used, missing neck bow

Bought secondhand from Japan, was already missing the neck bow. Tried it on once, never got around to actually wearing it out. Measurements are from Lolibrary:

Bust: 88cm


Waist: 66cm


Length: 97cm

Under the lighting of my room it looks like there may be faint marks around the neck/collar area but it isn't showing up on camera. No other flaws from what I can tell.
