Hi, shipping would be $18 w/ tracking/insurance or $12 w/ tracking but no insurance (I'd recommend using insurance with USPS). It'd arrive in 2 business days.

Hi, shipping to Singapore estimates to be around $23 for no tracking and not sure when it would arrive; around $50 for no tracking but will arrive in 10 business days, and around $67 for tracking and arrives in 5 business days.
