Hi! Laying the garment flat, it’s 15 inches/38 centimeters across the shoulders.
The USPS website says the flat rate for a medium sized box shipped priority to Italy (includes tracking and insurance) is $83 USD, which is expensive, I know. If you are comfortable with regular shipping (which is less expensive but does not include tracking), I can do that. I can take the dress in to the post office to weigh it and message you back with a price, if you’d like.
