Size S, new with tags, tried on once but it didn't fit me. The taobao shop says the bust goes up to 104cm, but I would recommend for someone with a bust less than 94cm, and shorter than 5'8" The fleece lining is warm, but very thick, which I think makes it fit smaller.

As shown in the second picture, it came with no buttons on the lower half.
