I'm at least the 3rd owner! Measurements I got from remeasuring: Bust: 38.5 in Waist:33.5 in There's a little bit of wear around the lace on the sleeves and the first owner from what I can tell removed the waist ties (which I do not have). There's a few faint tiny stains on the front of the skirt(see attached photo). They're really faint in person and aren't very noticeable unless you're up close and looking for them.
