Color Navy blue x blue purple stone

Marble's Gothic Outerwear in a Navy Blue with blue-purple crystal on collar piece. Never worn out and only tried on with a cord, This piece still has tags on it. While I bought this thinking it was an outerwear coat, according to ATELIER PIERROT's website, it is a dress. I'm rehoming due to having held onto this for years and having not been able to wear it out due to living in areas with mostly warmer climates.
