MAM MAXICIMAM Miracle Heart Sweet Rose Half Sleeve Blouse in the colourway Sweet Milk Tea (similar to ivory).

Tried on, tags still on. Selling because it doesn't fit me.
ALTERED; three buttons moved closer to the edge of their side/placket to allow more bust room. Up close, you can see where the buttons were originally attached, but this isn't visible when the blouse is buttoned (see photos).

Shoulder Width 32cm
Bust 92-102cm (please note: I would only recommend this blouse for someone at the lower end of this range or smaller. I'm ~96cm and there was gapping / visible tightness when I tried it on, even after moving the buttons)
