This 2002 black velveteen MAM skirt has white torchon lace throughout with lovely velveteen ribbons. It's very easy and comfortable to wear.
♥Condition♥
Bought secondhand and worn a few times. The elastic in the waist may be fairly stretched out but it still has elasticity. The lace is discoloured likely due to age. It's close to an ivory colour rather than white or off white, more-so on the the bottom of the skirt. I added pictures comparing it to a white shirt and ivory shirt. Overall it has a feeling of wear.

Waist: Seller stated 60~90cm. (I'd say that's accurate, it has a lot of stretch)
Length: 56cm
It is plus size friendly, and good for tall lolitas. It hits a little over my knees at 170cm.
